Each study program (Peace and Conflict Studies, European Peace and Security Studies, Peacebuilding) can also be attended as a Certificate Program, where students stay at EPU in Stadtschlaining for one trimester (3 months) only.
Certificate students attend the same courses as MA students and have to complete the same academic work. However, they do not need to do an internship or write a thesis. Upon completion of their one-trimester studies, students receive a certificate of attendance. Enrolment is possible in each trimester (fall, spring or summer). Please note that students who have completed the Certificate Program in a fall term are also qualified to enroll in the M.A. Program.
